As a subscriber to healthbee- ‘My Healthcare’ you have access to Health Cover for incidences of Hospitalisation or Day Care treatments. The Health Cover to healthbee subscribers is extended by our Health Insurance Partner through its network of hospitals and in accordance with the terms of Hospitalisation in the certificate of insurance issued to each healthbee- ‘My Healthcare’ subscribers.

As a subscriber to healthbee- ‘My Healthcare’ you have a cash value benefit which is part of a pre-programmed schedule. The cash value benefit can be utilised while ordering medicines online. Medicine order and delivery is extended by our healthcare Partners through their network.

As a subscriber to healthbee- ‘My Healthcare’ you can avail Discount on medicines ordered online from healthbee's healthcare Partners . Medicine order and delivery is extended by our healthcare Partners through their network.

For an early detection of health issues the healthbee- ‘My Healthcare’ subscribers can avail free annual health check-up, to be availed within a pre-programmed schedule. As per your convenience, you can book your appointment with our healthcare partner through healthbee Digital platform. Sample collection and test report delivery is extended by our healthcare Partners.

As a subscriber to healthbee- ‘My Healthcare’ you can avail Discount on lab tests or medical centers from healthbee's healthcare Partners . Discounts are offered by our healthcare Partners through their network of Diagnostic and Medical Centres.

As a subscriber to healthbee- ‘My Healthcare’ you can avail healthcare loan for emergency healthcare expenses . Availability of healthcare loan depends on credit score of a subscriber and other risk criteria.healthcare loan is a short term loan with applicable interest rates/charges.

Before you start your subscription, you can upgrade your package for extending the healthcare benefits to your spouse and/or child(s) or to enhance the Healthcare benefits. To upgade your package login to healthbee application using the link sent to your registered mobile number or email id.

Post subscribing to healthbee- ‘My Healthcare’ you can add your spouse and/or child(s) on a later date. Your subscription amount will be revised as per your package post adding your spouse and/or child(s) and new UPI mandate will be set-up accordingly.
In case of monthly subscription you can do it after payment of the 12th subscription, in any subscription year but before the due date of the next subscription.
In case of annual subscription you should do it before the due date of the subsequent subscription year .

To enjoy uninterrupted benefits from Healthbee you are required to set up an UPI mandate. An automatic adjustment of the subscription amount will happen on the specified date and your account would be debited for continued benefits.

You can cancel your first subscription within 7 days from the date of first subscription without any charge, provided no services/benefits are availed under your susbscribed package. On cancelling your first subscription your subscription will be deactivated immediately and the amount paid by you will be refunded.
Your refund will be credited to your account, within 10 working days from the date of your cancellation request.
You can opt to cancel your subscription anytime after 7 days from the date of first subscription in which case subscription will be de-activated without any refund.
